Our manager knows when you will arrive and on which flight. He will receive you upon your arrival at the villa. He will hand you the key, gate access pass, show you how the alarm and lockers work and give you a short tour through and around the villa. You get his phone number so you can always contact him, he himself also lives in the villa park.

Yes, in most cases you can. To do so, contact us via the contact form on the site, or give us a call. We can then make the adjustment after consultation.

If you unexpectedly want to cancel, the cancellation conditions apply, as described in the general conditions, which you can find here. But please contact us first, in consultation we will look at the options.

After booking, you will receive a confirmation with payment details. Within five days of receipt you must pay 50% of the travel sum. At least six weeks before arrival, the remaining 50% and the deposit must be paid.

You can enter the villa from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. On departure day you must vacate the villa at 10.00 am. In consultation (whether or not at extra cost) this can be deviated from, provided there are no other guests.

Yes, there are plenty of towels provided. They are waiting for you in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are all made with clean linens. There is a washing machine that you can use if you wish.
