In Curaçao, there are plenty of restaurants to go out to eat. Jan Thiel and Mambo are well-known spots where the best restaurants are located. There are restaurants where you can eat very local, but also places where you can get everything. There are choices in every price range.
Breakfast at Number Ten.
Fancy a breakfast away from the villa? If so, Number Ten is highly recommended! This is also the perfect place for a delicious lunch. Enjoy your meal on the shady terrace, surrounded by greenery. Perfect to combine with a shopping trip in the Zuikertuin mall!
Restaurants ‘de boogjes’.
Eating with a āfront row, ocean frontā experience? You can at de boogjes in Punda. In the old fortress you eat outside on the terrace overlooking the ocean. If you choose the table closest to the ocean, a wave may even splash some water on your table. Dal Toro is our favorite here, with delicious food and very kind staff.
Peruvian food at Gastrobar Ceviche.
If you are in the mood for delicious Peruvian food, be sure to visit Gastrobar Ceviche in the Riffort. The terrace offers a great view: in fact, from there you overlook the Parliament building, the Handelskade and the Caribbean Ocean. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a fresh ceviche.
If you also like sushi, you can go next door to Nikkei 91, Cevicheās associate restaurant, for delicious sushi or sashimi. Itās a fine place for a fun night out!
Tropical food at restaurant Bali.
At restaurant Bali you can enjoy the best Surinamese, Indian and Thai food. It is the perfect place to stop for lunch if you are taking a tour to Westpoint. Located in Grote Berg, the restaurant looks like one big palapa, which adds to the cozy and tropical atmosphere. Definitely recommended if you like Asian flavors and good prices!

Local food at Hofi Cas Cora.
Near the Gnome Forest is Hofi Cas Cora, a farm with a farm-to-table concept. On Saturdays and Sundays you can enjoy mainly organically grown vegetables that go directly from the farm to the restaurant. Talk about real local food!
Kokoās.
A relatively new restaurant, a āhang-outā they say themselves, on Jan Thiel Beach, about 8 minutes from the villa. Open until sunset. Here they serve street food, fresh smoothies, healthy shakes & juices, good coffee and cocktails, among other things! Every Sunday from 4 p.m. the South African Braai goes on, preparing meat and fish, and a DJ provides a relaxed lounge music in the background. A nice place for daytime drinks, lunch and to combine with an afternoon at the beach.
Gouverneur De Rouville.
Beautiful spot in Willemstad, which you walk to from the pontoon bridge. From the front terrace you look at the bridge and at the Handelskade across the street, with its world-famous colored houses. At the back is an attractive courtyard garden with a terrace. You can have an excellent lunch and dinner here and they serve fine wines. On the menu both local and international dishes. Highly recommended!
Villa Vis.
Brakkeput Mei Mei.
This restaurant owes its special name to the mansion, where the restaurant is located on the front terrace. Here, with excellent value for money, you have plenty of choice of meat, chicken and fresh fish from the charcoal grill. Mostly local food and service. At night, the terrace is fairy lit. Mei Mei is about 6 minutes drive from Villa Kas Oraño, nice and easy! Monday night free salsa class and Thursday Lobster Night. Ample parking in front of the door. Donāt forget to tip the guard when you leave.
Bapor Restaurant.
For a classy night out with surprising cocktails, delicious food and entertainment, head to Restaurant Bapor at the Harbor Hotel Curaçao in Willemstad, Otrobanda. Enjoy a flavorful dinner and end the evening with a visit to the casino. From the roof terrace you will have a breathtaking view of the iconic Pontjesbrug and the colorful
Boca 19.
Boca 19 is a special location near Santa Barbara Beach, along Spanish Water. The restaurant sits on stilts on the water near a marina and has a nautical atmosphere. You have a beautiful view of the boats and the bay and can enjoy lunch and dinner at a good level. On Sundays it is extra cozy here because then, according to long tradition many boats and boats from the area moor at the jetty and everyone celebrates their own party there. A party to experience!
